Our system is not only water resistant, it’s WATERPROOF and completely submersible!!! The oversized voice coil is mounted in an oil-filled hub to make it impervious to water. We actually recommend that you hose down or even rinse your speakers periodically in a bucket of water. The rotocast plastic grill covers are strong enough to withstand substantial weight and shock. It is difficult to break.
The encapsulated AMP is both WATERPROOF and vibration resistant and is the ONLY IP 67 rated AMP (for Dust and Waterproof) on the market today. Talk about dependability…. The Audio System only draws an average of 1.5 Amps (with a maximum of 3 Amps) so you can play your system for hours without worrying about draining your battery or starting your boat or PWC.
The system plays your MP3 music from your I-Pod or other MP3 player you have in a watertight case or you can purchase our waterproof, shockproof and completely submersible mp3 player / FM tuner which is the Perfect Add On. Music controls can be achieved remotely through our 4 push button panel.
